Pain is a signal-often worsened by incorrect movements/loads,not because of “lack of will”.
7-day goal: to reduce annoyance + to regain control of movement.
If it returns in a week or two - > almost always there is iterative model, which should catch from the test.
7-day start (10-15 min / day)
Grin and bear it while pushing through the pain (especially in the same movements)
